PhD Summit
An invite-only, all-expenses paid two-day event that convenes top PhD students and postdocs with leading quantitative researchers from our firm.
Program Overview
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with like-minded peers and current Citadel Securities researchers to learn and share their work, including applications of their research in industry. The program will include a discussion on the role of research in quantitative finance, curated networking with expert researchers, and a conversation on career paths in academia vs. industry.
The summit culminates with a poster session where attendees will share and discuss their research with leading researchers from our firm. Our research leads will vote on a winning poster, and that attendee will win a substantial grant for their research lab. The second and third place posters will also receive grants.
Event Details
The all-expenses-paid summit will occur in both Miami and London in 2025. Benefits include:

The PhD Summit is open to PhD students and postdocs of all graduation years.
