If you are interested in a career with Citadel, please share your details and we will contact you if there is a vacancy available.What we Do:- Python SDK Development: We create powerful tools that allow researchers to build and express their research DAGs seamlessly.
- Scheduling & Orchestration: We optimize cloud resources to meet user requirements, balancing runtime efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- High Throughput IO: Our filesystem abstractions support high throughput IO, essential for handling large datasets.
- Data Management: We manage a robust data platform that handles data taxonomy, lifecycles, backups, and synchronization in the cloud.
- Infrastructure & Systems: Using Terraform and low-level system optimizations, we ensure scalability, resilience, and extreme performance.
- Cloud Services Abstractions: We provide meaningful abstractions around cloud services to simplify complex tasks for our users.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience designing and writing highly scalable (micro)services
- Understanding of cloud computing paradigms with experience building and designing large scale distributed systems in the cloud that follow Networking, IAM, security, etc. best practices
- Familiarity with IaC solutions and full automation of infrastructure provisioning
- Experience building out logging/monitoring/alerting systems at scale + quantifiably measuring reliability, and detecting issues before the customer
- Strong design preference towards simplicity, least-privilege, and reliability
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems and software engineering best practices
- Experience with developing on, debugging, and profiling Linux systems and applications
- Comfortable working and debugging across the full stack
- Role specific technologies (experience with similar / like tooling is fine):

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $350,000.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program,
as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans,
and access to other healthcare programs.
