Community Impact: Leah, a Community Leader
About the Program
At Citadel Securities, colleagues are encouraged to use their expertise to strengthen the communities where they live and work. Through the firm’s Community Leaders program, which provides nonprofit board matching, governance training and financial support, employees are helping organizations around the world advance their missions and create lasting impact.
How Leah is Advancing Englewood Health’s Mission to Provide Exceptional Care
In August 2025, Leah Gologorsky, Citadel Securities Global Lead for Bank Counterparty Strategy, joined the Board of Trustees at Englewood Health, one of New Jersey’s leading healthcare systems. With more than 100 locations, it delivers nationally recognized care through Englewood Hospital and a network of physician practices, urgent care clinics, and outpatient centers serving northern New Jersey.
Englewood Health’s board plays a vital role in ensuring the hospital continues to meet the evolving needs of patients and families. Trustees help guide strategy, review performance and ensure resources support the hospital’s long-term vision. Leah will participate in committees focused on quality of care, patient experience and financial planning.
Her decision to serve stems from a personal connection and belief in the organization’s mission. As an Englewood resident, she understands how important it is to have access to a healthcare system with world-class resources during life’s most challenging moments. Her husband, a neurosurgeon, works there, and her family has relied on its care for more than a decade. “This hospital has been a part of our lives since we moved to Englewood 11 years ago,” she says. “Having the chance to contribute to its future is very meaningful to me.”
She was also inspired by Englewood Health’s CEO, Warren Geller, whose leadership style and commitment to excellence left a strong impression. “He’s a visionary leader with a unique ability to connect and inspire not only his employees, but also the greater community. Englewood Hospital’s award-winning care is a testament to the hard work and energy that Warren and his team bring every day. You can feel how much people believe in his mission,” Leah says.
Through her board service, Leah looks forward to applying her strategic and analytical expertise to help advance Englewood Health’s mission. “At Citadel Securities, I focus on problem-solving, resource management and building external partnerships,” she says. “Those same principles are critical to ensuring a hospital continues to thrive and provide exceptional care.”
She credits Citadel Securities’ Community Leaders program for encouraging her to take this step. “It’s incredible to have the firm’s support in giving back,” she says. “The program guided me every step of the way and showed me how to make a real difference.”
By combining her professional experience with her personal commitment to her community, Leah is helping to ensure that Englewood Health provides compassionate, high-quality care for generations to come.
